Like the video. We have a cabin by my house that was built by a some eastern European immigrants around 1870. The cabin survived because it was eventual encased in a later house. They discovered it in the 1970 when they went to tear the house down. Now it is on display in the neighboring town. It was built like the cabin shown in this film. I will have to a post on it. Its a real unique style and it it still has the inside willow lathe for the mud wall covering inside.

That is very interesting Frontier, I would indeed like to hear more about this cabin, & images too if possible.
