Hi Rusty, good to hear from you. Some tomahawks I purchased from Glen Mitchell of Pioneer Forge in Victoria. Some came from John Walk of Flintlock Forge in Bundaberg Qld, but John is retired now. One I made from an ordinary small hatchet head, by cutting out the shape with an angle grinder (though it can be done with a hacksaw if the metal is softened first)& then I heated the head in a fire & hammered the eye down over a pick axe spike to make the eye round to oval. That way I can drop the helve in from the top & don't need a wedge to secure it. This was the head I used in the video. Regards, Keith. PS. If I can be of any help let me know.
