18TH CENTURY LIVING HISTORY IN AUSTRALIA.

Fontier House.

If you ever get a chance to watch Frontire House I can recommend it. By the 1880s not much has changed except some of the guns, canned food was now available, the clothing style, and the wood burning stoves. The people on Frontier House come from the city, and they are not poor. They find the 19th century settler lifestyle very hard, when infact it is not that hard at all if you are used to the style of work and living. But like I said, well worth watching.
