Why I didn't ask before, in my earlier comments, escapes me; probably because I appreciated the information your site has and was distracted. :-)
Knowing there are a number of individuals and groups that recreate North American history around the world, I was wondering:
Are there groups that do Australian living history?
By that I mean, portraying period correct European contact history (most likely earlier than the period you portray), such as the Dutch de Vlamingh or English pirate Dampier or others from late 17th century? Seems like that would be an interesting (if not somewhat sticky politically) period.
To my knowledge the only serious Living History groups doing Australian history are those portraying military units in a much later period, 19th century. Regards, Keith.
