My Riflestock Club Project.

This was a project I set myself many years ago, and it has hung on the wall in Elm Cottage ever since. Not a very handy woodscraft tool, but a good conversation piece and decoration for our club house wall.
Having made this club I came across some powdered paint as was traded to the Indians, so used some to stain the stock red. This one is smaller than the one used in "The Last Of The Mohicans" movie, but it is a copy of an original with same dimensions, being exactly 2 feet long.
