Keith, thank you so much! I never expected such a fast and complete response to my question!! I will be able to follow your instructions much better than trying to copy the pictures of the hook and line tying process. I don't have a forge but I do have a propane torch that I think will work to heat up a piece of fence wire, so I shall first attempt to make hooks and then attach lines to them. The hooks might be a bit of a challenge but I will let you know how they turn out. Thank you again! MtnLady
Mtn Lady. I seem to recall that with the larger hooks I did not need to use heat. Leaving the wire striaght, I hammered out the ends, then shaped the ends, then bent to shape. Regards, Keith.
