I think it is basically a kit from Dixie, but I know he used a different lock. The ramrod I made longer, because it was not safe not having enough protruding from the barrel whe the load is seated. The tendency is to put ones hand over the ramrod to finish seating that last bit!<br />I was told that the protruding ramrod in the pipes as you see in the image would effect accuracy, pulling the ball downward. That has not been the case.
